ON march 1, 2008 permission was granted for the LMA:
""Anthony Smith's Trunk Fulla Funk" is a newer project led by Anthony Smith, who also plays keys in the Karl Denson Trio. They have an open taping policy with no limitations. I recorded their show at Winston's last night, and discussed distribution of their live shows on the LMA with Anthony after the show. Anthony is a big fan of the LMA and what you guys do, and he stated would like to get a collection for "Anthony Smith's Trunk Fulla Funk" set up. "
